WHY DO COFFEE SHOP FAIL part 2

Hi…..
Before I explain more about detail in part 1, let me explain first that all the reason is come out in one package, means we must provide everything in one package. We cannot do it only some of them if we want the coffee shop success or minimum not fail. So let start with reason number one :

·         Poor quality, poor service and unfriendly staff
Poor quality, we must know and understand what is good quality coffee and other product (if we serve other beverage or things). We must ensure that the product is better than other competitor or minimum same quality with them. My advice, always keep learning about the product we have and learn other competitor product too.                                                                                                                                              


Poor service and unfriendly staff, we must ensure that our self and our staff (if have) always give the best service and friendly to all customer. We can create our special or unique service style so can make the customer can see and feel the deferent than other competitor. My advice, learning and don’t be afraid to try something new. And never give customer fact friendly, customer can feel it and hate it.

·        Over priced or under priced products
We must concern and know about our products and competitor products priced. Don’t charge more because we have high cost in the business (I will explain about “high cost in part 3). Under priced can make us lesser margin and the worst things can make customer not believe or thinks our products is not good enough for them. My advice, concern every details in the business and products. Keep trying new things to make good products and service in low cost.

·        Dirty place or bad atmosphere and environment
Everybody doesn’t like dirty place, bad atmosphere and environment. So do your jobs to make your place always clean, cozy atmosphere and friendly environment because everybody like it and the end can make everybody want to keep coming. My advices, concern about all details and always remember your place is for customer so try to always give customer like or needs not your needs.

·        Dirty and unhygienic
Everybody doesn’t like dirty and unhygienic too. So do your jobs too, to make everything clean and hygiene. Always put high standard in there. My advice, keep see the details. Don’t stop and think that you are already enough or already have the standard.
